Amicus Wealth Management is seeking a Trainee Adviser Manager to lead the Adviser Academy from recruitment through to Competent Adviser Status.
You will manage Trainee Advisers, Associate Advisers and Consultants, guiding development, qualifications, performance and wellbeing.
You will work with Pod Leaders to allocate work, coach on the journey to CAS and ensure high standards of advice quality and governance across the programme.
