An established and highly regarded independent automotive retailer in Lincoln is looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team.

The business operates from a spacious and well-equipped site featuring a modern workshop, showroom, valet bay, and an outdoor forecourt with over 150 vehicles. Key Responsibilities- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Perform diagnostics and fault finding using the latest tools and equipment
- Complete MOT preparation and associated repair work
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Support a positive workshop culture by working collaboratively with the team
- Follow all company and health & safety procedures
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair – essential
- At least 5 years’ experience in a main dealer or similar professional workshop
- Confident in diagnostics and problem-solving
- MOT licence is a bonus – training can be provided if needed
- Full UK driving licence
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
