Key Responsibilities- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across all vehicle brands, with a focus on VW, Audi, Land Rover, and Jaguar.
- Lead diagnostics and complex fault finding using the latest tools and equipment.
- Complete MOT preparation and associated repairs.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled workshop team.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records to manufacturer standards.
- Support and uphold a positive workshop culture and high standards of workmanship.
- Follow all company and health & safety procedures.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Extensive experience (7+ years preferred) in a main dealer or similar professional workshop.
- Proven ability in diagnostics and problem‑solving across multiple vehicle brands.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a workshop is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team‑first attitude.
