Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across all vehicle brands, with a focus on VW, Audi, Land Rover, and Jaguar.
  • Lead diagnostics and complex fault finding using the latest tools and equipment.
  • Complete MOT preparation and associated repairs.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled workshop team.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records to manufacturer standards.
  • Support and uphold a positive workshop culture and high standards of workmanship.
  • Follow all company and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
  • Extensive experience (7+ years preferred) in a main dealer or similar professional workshop.
  • Proven ability in diagnostics and problem‑solving across multiple vehicle brands.
  • Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a workshop is highly desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team‑first attitude.
