On behalf of our Client, a leading Global Law Firm with an expansive international platform spanning five continents, we are seeking a highly accomplished Private Equity Funds Lawyer to join their premier Asset Management and Investment Funds practice in London. This position represents a sophisticated career path for an ambitious legal professional looking to operate within a fully integrated global network that actively invests in talent development and entrepreneurial excellence.

In this role, you will work directly with market-leading Partners. You will operate at the critical intersection of fund formation, structural legal/regulatory advisory, and private equity/venture capital transaction execution. This dynamic position offers broad practice exposure, allowing you to develop deep expertise across venture capital, credit, real estate, and secondary transactions.

You must be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction). You must have at least three years of private equity fund formation experience, gained at a top-tier City or US law firm in London. You must have strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, backed by an excellent academic record.
