I'm partnering with my client, a leading international firm, to recruit a Senior Associate for their London Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a high-calibre workload, strong cross-border exposure, and a supportive environment where progression is genuinely encouraged.
About the Role
- Advise major multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters
- Manage Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including complex multi-day hearings
- Lead on employment aspects of M&A, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and restructuring projects
- Work closely with corporate teams on strategic and cross-border matters
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- 5+ PQE with strong contentious and advisory employment experience
- Proven track record in managing Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish
- Experience supporting corporate transactions and handling TUPE-related work
- Commercial, pragmatic approach to client service
- Confidence managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
