On behalf of our client, a leading Irish Law Firm, we are seeking an ambitious, Irish or UK-qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years PQE to join their growing Corporate M&A/Private Equity practice group based in London.
In this role, you will work across the entire corporate life cycle—including private and public M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, venture capital, and corporate reorganisations—advising on high-value cross-border and UK-Irish transactions.
Bringing a strong academic background, top- or mid-tier firm training in the UK or Ireland, and exceptional communication skills, you will collaborate with specialist departments across the firm, making this an ideal opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to drive an expanding international practice while leveraging the backing of a premier Irish firm.
