Ranked Band 1 by Chambers and Tier 1 by the Legal 500, this firm's London employment practice is one of a very small number of teams that in-house employment counsel and senior HR legal teams call when a matter exceeds their own capability.
It is the expert's expert — handling the most complex executive disputes, large-scale restructurings, industrial relations mandates and appellate litigation in the market.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 4–7 years' PQE across contentious and non-contentious employment, comfortable advising legally sophisticated clients directly and capable of navigating genuinely novel legal questions under pressure.
