A leading London law firm is looking to hire a Financial Services Regulatory Associate to join its highly regarded and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with partners on high-quality, complex matters across a broad client base including asset managers, private equity, hedge funds, banks and fintechs.

  • Financial services regulation (including MiFID II, AIFMD, MAR)
  • FCA/PRA authorisations and regulatory change projects
  • Transactional regulatory support and due diligence
  • Governance, SM&CR and ongoing compliance matters

From day one, you’ll be given real responsibility, client exposure and a steep learning curve, with strong support and mentoring in a collaborative, high-performing team.

1–6 years’ PQE from a strong regulatory or financial services practice

  • Solid grounding in UK/EU financial regulation
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills
