On behalf of our client, a top-ranked global powerhouse with the largest dedicated employment law team in the UK, we are seeking an ambitious Senior Employment Associate to advise a premium portfolio of UK and multinational businesses.
Operating at the absolute pinnacle of the market alongside independently rated Tier 1 Partners and via the prestigious Ius Laboris network, you will handle a high-caliber caseload spanning general advisory, complex tribunal and High Court litigation, collective issues, and cross-border global mobility.
The ideal candidate will be a UK or Irish qualified solicitor and will possess deep technical knowledge of employer-side advisory and litigation work, a commercial and responsive attitude, and the autonomy to manage client relationships directly while supervising junior talent and contributing to business development.
