Our client, a top-tier construction and projects practice, is hiring into the real estate finance and development side of their team.

You will work across site acquisition, development structuring, funding agreements and construction contracts for institutional investors, developers and public-sector clients.

You will take ownership and have real transaction responsibility, not just document review.
