I'm recruiting on behalf of a top-tier client β€” a highly regarded international law firm with a market-leading Financial Services Funds practice. They're looking for a talented Regulated Funds Associate to join their team in either London or Bristol. This is a genuinely high-quality seat β€” the team is recognised for combining deep regulatory expertise with a commercial, client-focused approach, and you'll get early responsibility and real client exposure from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising on the launch, restructuring, promotion and operation of regulated funds including UCITS
  • Drafting and negotiating fund agreements β€” custody, depositary, administration, distribution and more
  • Supporting corporate and strategic transactions involving asset and wealth managers
  • Advising on financial services regulatory requirements and retail investment product documentation
  • Acting for institutional investors on fund investments

What they're looking for:

  • Around 2–3 years' PQE with regulated funds experience at a leading practice
  • Strong academic background and genuine interest in the investment funds sector
  • Solid grasp of financial services regulation
  • Commercial mindset and strong client communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with good judgement on when to escalate
