Well managed Employment law team seeks Solicitor, Managing Associate or equivalent up to Legal Director for a Legal Director role. This department is optimally structured, has scale with a sizeable local team and offers a good mix of (primarily) contentious and good quality transaction support / advisory instructions.
The firm has excellent clients, a supportive structure and a deliberately team-oriented environment. With a likeable, collegiate and accessible leadership team, this role would suit someone ready to move from Managing Associate to Legal Director, or an ambitious Legal Director keen to practice in an environment where they will be supported towards partnership.
