We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated NQ Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team in Bridgwater. The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will work closely with senior colleagues while gradually developing and managing your own caseload. You will advise clients on a variety of private client matters, ensuring a high standard of client care at all times.
Your work may include:
- Drafting Wills and codicils
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration and Probate matters
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
- Succession planning and wealth preservation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- A Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) in England and Wales
- Interested in developing a long-term career in Private Client law
- Personable, professional, and client-focused
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Eager to learn and develop technical expertise
- A strong team player with a proactive attitude
