Due to upcoming organisational changes within our Bampton site, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, solutions-focused leader who can provide stability, direction and innovation during a period of development and integration.
The Bampton Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and co-ordinating the operational, digital and administrative functions across Bampton Surgery and Bampton Pharmacy, with potential for occasional cross-site working.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future operating model for Bampton, supporting the integration of practice and pharmacy services and contributing to digital and organisational transformation across Amicus Health Group.
