  • Leadership and mentoring of editorial team members.
  • Review of content developed by other team members to ensure alignment with strategy, a cohesive narrative and scientific accuracy.
  • Managing editorial capacity planning for the account, anticipating peaks in workload to ensure adequate resourcing.
  • Working with the commercial lead to understand brand strategy and client needs, contributing to account planning and the commercial success of the account.
  • Supporting business development activities through relationship building and the organic growth of accounts.
What you’ll need:
  • Previous agency experience leading or supporting a medical affairs account.
  • A strong academic background in a life sciences subject.
