We are looking for an experienced digital engagement strategist who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and commercial impact. This role is ideal for a senior digital account lead or digital engagement specialist who has built their career in branded healthcare communications or medical education.

At Amiculum, you will play a key role in shaping innovative digital solutions, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to drive growth, elevate engagement and showcase the power of digital across our work. This high‑profile position sits within Amiculum’s CDX (Creative Digital Experience) team, a key function that supports optimal digital campaign and tactical execution across our entire business, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the CDX strategy team to identify, qualify and convert high‑value opportunities, working closely with our digital and creative experience colleagues.
  • Provide senior input into pitch strategy, concepting, and proposal and budget development, crafting compelling narratives that clearly differentiate our creative and digital experience capability.
  • Translate insights into original, high‑impact digital engagement concepts and lead multidisciplinary teams across design, UX, digital and content development.
  • Maintain high standards in delivery, ensuring quality, feasibility, and alignment with brand, compliance, and audience needs.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for priority clients on digital engagement, delivering proactive, insight‑led recommendations while supporting finance, project workflows and achievement of project and business KPIs.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a digital account lead or digital engagement specialist in branded healthcare communications or medical education.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital account management, leadership and business development.
  • Strong background in developing and delivering digital engagement strategies and integrated campaigns in a pharma environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client discussions and support organic growth through strategic thinking and insight‑led recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills, with confidence contributing to both organic business development and formal pitch processes.
