We are on the lookout for a confident and driven account executive to join one of our well-established teams at AMICULUM, working on impactful medical education and meeting activities in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in medical communications to take the next step in their career.
The role involves joining a supportive and collaborative team with a passion for innovation, where you will have the chance to build strong client relationships, manage high-quality projects and contribute fresh ideas from day 1. We specialize in creating accurate, engaging scientific content and delivering it across a range of communication channels to achieve maximum reach and impact. Our team has earned a strong reputation among global clients for consistently delivering high-quality work and providing exceptional client service. The role can be based at any of our UK offices or completely at home within the UK or Ireland.
Key responsibilities:
- Take the lead – proactively manage and drive a variety of projects to success, coordinating medical writing, creative and compliance processes while keeping everything on schedule.
- Collaborate with excellence – work closely with a talented cross-functional team and build strong client relationships to ensure consistently high-quality delivery.
- Support strategic direction – partner with account leads to help shape the future of the account through thoughtful planning and execution.
- Manage finances with confidence – oversee the financial aspects of projects, including forecasting, invoicing and budget reporting to clients.
- Strengthen client partnerships – build trust and add value through clear communication, reliability and innovative thinking.
- Drive growth – take a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and contributing creative, strategic solutions to support account development.
What you will need:
- Confidence, enthusiasm, drive and a passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- A solid understanding of medical communications and at least 1 year of experience delivering impactful medical education and meetings.
