The role

This role is part of a key medical affairs account that operates across a broad spectrum of therapy areas, providing a unique opportunity to build your expertise. You will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of medical communications projects, from developing high-quality educational materials to delivering enhanced event content. This role offers a fantastic platform for developing your skills and advancing your career in medical communications.

Key responsibilities

1. Delivery of high-quality scientific content on a fast-paced global medical affairs account
2. Contribute to projects that will include meetings, slide decks, infographics, advisory boards, congress reports, and internal training materials
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and strategy, as well as the wider therapy area
4. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external experts

What you’ll need

1. A strong academic background in a life sciences subject
2. Excellent storytelling and creative thinking ability, with the drive to explore new ways of communicating data and scientific concepts
3. Strong editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail
4. Comfortable receiving feedback from colleagues as part of the content generation process
5. Calm under pressure, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines without compromising on quality
