We are growing our Trust Services team in the Cayman Islands and are looking for experienced professionals ready to take their careers to an international level.

This role is based in the Cayman Islands (Caribbean). Relocation assistance is provided.

About the Opportunity

You will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including international entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, supporting them with complex trust and corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers a strong mix of technical expertise and client exposure. You won’t just be maintaining structures — you’ll be advising, problem-solving, and helping clients navigate regulatory, legal, and commercial challenges in a constantly evolving global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare and review legal documentation (resolutions, agreements, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (CRS, FATCA, etc.)
  • Liaise with banks, legal advisors, and intermediaries
  • Identify opportunities to grow and develop client relationships

Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, or corporate services
  • Strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks
  • Experience managing client relationships independently
  • Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • STEP or similar qualifications are a plus
