We are looking to hire a dependable, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant & Parts Runner in our Cambridge Shop. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Pick up and deliver parts for the Cambridge shop and field mechanics in the GTA and Cambridge area in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Return unused parts promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure accurate and timely flow of paperwork, including Bills of Lading and Packing Slips.
  • Pick up small equipment items for repairs from jobsites and tag with failure information.
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed in the shop and yard.
  • Help maintain a clean yard and shop work environment to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Class G driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Current Fork license would be considered a benefit.
  • Knowledge of safe operation of tools, and workplace safety.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
