Key Responsibilities
- Shift Leadership: Run smooth, efficient opening and closing shifts, keeping energy high and motivating the team..
- Delivery & Takeaway Operations: Oversee order dispatch, manage delivery driver logistics, and ensure pizzas leave the oven and reach customers at maximum speed..
- Quality Control: Guarantee all pizzas comply with strict recipe, portion, and baking standards..
- Guest Service: Welcome walk-in guests, handle phone orders, and efficiently manage the front counter and dine-in tables..
- Operational Support: Support inventory management, weekly stock orders, and monitor labor costs..
- Compliance: Enforce strict food hygiene (HACCP), kitchen safety, and general cleanliness standards. .
