Amici Restaurant in Alwoodley, North Leeds, opens this November, and we are building our kitchen team from scratch. We are seeking three Chefs de Partie to work alongside our Head Chef from day one.
We want candidates with at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie, comfortable in pizza and pasta or mains and pizza, and with strong mise en place and hygiene.
