Amica Care is seeking a Senior Maintenance Officer to oversee upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment within our Weymouth-based services. You will work with Home/Independent Living Managers and the Facilities Manager to ensure safety, security and wellbeing for residents and staff, while guiding contractors and colleagues on procedures and site histories.
