The role
As Senior Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, using your judgement and experience to support safe, high-quality care.
Working closely with the Registered Manager, leadership team, colleagues and healthcare professionals, you will mentor others, promote best practice and contribute to continuous improvement across the home.
This role includes one supernumerary day per week, giving you dedicated time for leadership, mentoring, oversight and quality improvement.
Various shifts available inclusive of the requirement to work alternate weekends.
