What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Providing companionship – listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment – supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
- Working as part of a great team – communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
