What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day- Supporting residents with daily living, helping with personal care, meals, and activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Providing companionship—listening, chatting and making every interaction warm and meaningful.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment—supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social needs with patience and dignity.
- Working as part of a great team—communicating with colleagues and following care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
