Location: Exmouth House. Hours: 39 hours per week – shifts may include evenings and an alternate weekend.

You’ll lead an inspiring programme of activities, events, and experiences that genuinely enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This is your chance to shape a vibrant community and make a real difference every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing exciting activity programmes tailored to individual residents
  • Leading and motivating Activity Coordinators & Volunteers
  • Creating uplifting group sessions and meaningful 1:1 moments
  • Organising themed events, celebrations, and outings
  • Managing our home’s Facebook page & creating eye‑catching posters
  • Producing a bi‑monthly newsletter filled with life in the home
  • Collaborating closely with residents, families, and the care team
  • Bringing imagination, energy, empathy and FUN into every day!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a care setting & supervising others
  • Someone creative, confident, approachable, and full of ideas
  • A brilliant communicator and natural motivator
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • A passion for enhancing wellbeing and quality of life
