About the Role

We’re launching a new business line, New Relationships, expanding amicable’s work beyond separation to support people at more stages of their relationships. Products we are exploring include cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and living together planning sessions, alongside other services that help couples plan their relationships more thoughtfully. As Growth Marketer, you’ll be the hands‑on engine behind how we reach, engage and convert our new audience. You’ll produce a wide range of content, build email flows, run paid campaigns and test what works. Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with our Product Lead, you’ll play a central role in bringing the new business line to market.

We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, enjoys figuring things out and loves seeing their work move the needle. If you enjoy building, testing and delivering results, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid role based in our Holborn office, working an average of 1-2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce a wide range of content: blogs, landing pages, social assets, campaign content, guides and commercial copy that help our new audience understand and choose us.
  • Design and build email flows across the full journey: nurture, targeting, abandonment, sales and re‑engagement.
  • Create video content for social media and campaigns.
  • Run paid growth advertising across PPC and paid social, including Google and Meta.
  • Plan and run sensible tests to find what works, then scale it.
  • Build messaging that resonates with a new audience, grounded in a deep understanding of how they think and what they’re worried about.
  • Use AI confidently to speed up content creation and ways of working more broadly.
  • Track the metrics that matter, including conversion, CAC and LTV, and use them to prioritise the highest‑impact opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Product Lead, Commercial Director and central marketing team to deliver quickly.

About You

  • Experience in a small company or start‑up, often as a team of one or two, where you’ve had to figure things out and turn your hand to a bit of everything.
  • Hands‑on across a wide content range, including blogs, landing pages, email, social assets, video and campaign copy, with the ability to produce quality work at pace.
  • Experience building and running email flows at each stage of the journey, including nurture, targeting, abandonment, sales and re‑engagement.
  • Hands‑on experience running paid growth campaigns on Google, Meta and other social platforms.
  • Confident and savvy with using AI, for generating content and for working smarter across the board.
  • A scrappy, proactive mindset: you can move at speed and are willing to learn and improve.
  • Goals and targets focused, comfortable prioritising the highest‑impact opportunities and naturally drawn to metrics like conversion, CAC and LTV.
  • Adaptable and calm with change, which comes with the territory in a small business.
  • Deep curiosity about people, with a knack for understanding what motivates them and what worries them, so your messaging lands.
  • Keen to learn, develop and be challenged.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using a CRM (e.g. HubSpot) in a role like this, including building email flows and reporting.

What We Offer

  • Salary: up to £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
  • Joining a mission‑driven, high‑growth company where impact, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Group Life Assurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum.
  • Electric Vehicle Scheme.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
