About the Role: We’re launching a new business line, New Relationships, expanding amicable’s work beyond separation to support people at more stages of their relationships. Products we are exploring include cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements and living together planning sessions, alongside other services that help couples plan their relationships more thoughtfully.
As Senior Product Manager, you will report to the Commercial Director and will own the end-to-end commercial success of this new business line. You will help shape the vision, validate opportunities, launch products, improve them, drive revenue and build the foundations to scale. This is a hands-on, 0→1 role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll move quickly to take the line from concept to a profitable, operational business.
This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience building, launching, testing and iterating a new B2C product from scratch. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone to create a new business line inside an established, mission-driven company, that helps couples plan their relationships more thoughtfully.
- Leverage deep understanding of a brand-new audience to define, validate and launch new B2C products from scratch using a fast, test-and-learn approach.
- Build first versions quickly, gather data and iterate based on customer insight and performance.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, including marketing, sales enablement and partnership conversations.
- Own and improve products once they are live, identify growth levers and drive revenue through continuous optimisation.
- Drive commercial performance, including pricing, margin, CAC, LTV and conversion.
- Shape and optimise the end-to-end customer experience, from discovery through purchase and service delivery.
- Design scalable operational processes and delivery models that ensure quality and consistency.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations and delivery teams to bring new services to market, taking a hands-on approach.
- Build forecasts, evaluate commercial opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Champion innovation and create products that outperform existing market alternatives.
Experience identifying and launching 0→1 B2C products or services from scratch in a start-up/scaleup environment. A track record of evolving products once launched, using insight to improve performance. A strong, all-round commercial operator. You have a strong understanding of product, marketing, sales, operations and financial performance as well as pricing, margin and unit economics. Demonstrated success in building innovative products that stand out in the market and owning the revenue performance. Proven experience developing understanding of a brand-new audience and designing customer journeys that convert initial interest into happy customers. Experience translating and designing concepts into scalable delivery models and processes. Scrappy, entrepreneurial and hands-on; you take a test-and-learn approach and you’re able to move at pace with limited structure. Strong analytical skills, you have experience working with metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership and communication skills.
