About the Role

We’re growing fast, and we want someone to make our commercial data work harder for us.

As our Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll own our CRM and sales data, and use it to spot opportunities, build smart automations and keep making things better.

You’ll get properly stuck in, finding insight before anyone thinks to ask, building with AI, and shaping the CRM around the business as it grows and changes.

Keeping our data accurate and trustworthy is the foundation for all of this.

But this isn’t a role about keeping things ticking over.

We want a fast‑moving, creative self‑starter who takes real ownership, brings ideas and runs with them.

  • Find insight and spark ideas
  • Dig into the data and surface insight that helps us make better commercial decisions, spotting opportunities in how customers move through the funnel, where we convert well and where we could do more.
  • Get more from the data we already hold, including our conversation intelligence, to see the trends, patterns and customer behaviours worth acting on.
  • Bring ideas for how to improve things and run with them, and over time help us understand and project where sales are heading.
  • Build and automate with AI
  • Design and build automations and workflows with AI, in a smart, sustainable way that saves time.
  • Use AI creatively to work faster and raise the quality of what we do, creating and find new AI‑powered tools as they emerge.
  • Get to the root of any data or workflow issue and fix it at source, across our Hub Spot workflows, Zapier and APIs, so our systems run cleanly.
  • Own the data
  • Own the commercial side of Hub Spot and our sales data across Airtable and Noco DB, keeping it clean and consistent.
  • Own our reporting and dashboards, so everyone from the sales team to leadership has an accurate, clear view of performance.
  • Set the standards and structure that keep our data clean as we grow.
  • Shape the CRM around the business as it changes, whether that's new products, new business lines or new ways of working, so it keeps pace with how we actually work.
  • Partner across the business
  • Work with people who don’t know the technical or CRM side, understand what they need and work out what’s possible, then turn data back into clear insight.
  • Keep customer data handled responsibly, alongside our data protection lead.
  • A commercial mindset.

You get what drives a business like ours, can turn data into insight that shifts the numbers, and can translate what the business needs into what the data and CRM can actually do.

  • Hands‑on ownership of a CRM end to end, ideally Hub Spot, from structuring pipelines and standardising data to building dashboards and keeping everything clean and reliable.
  • Real technical confidence with data and automations, automation tools like Hub Spot workflows and Zapier, working with APIs, plus enough SQL and Python to build what off‑the‑shelf tools can’t.
  • Strong, applied AI skills. You use AI to work faster and smarter every day and can show what you’ve built with it.
  • Comfortable building and owning reporting and dashboards people can rely on, both in our CRM and in a reporting tool.
  • A self‑starter who runs at pace, spots what needs doing and takes it from idea to done, at home both shaping the bigger picture and in the weeds of daily data.
  • A pragmatic, accurate approach. You right‑size solutions for a small team and have a natural eye for when something doesn’t look right.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with Airtable or Noco DB.
  • Experience of Power BI or a similar reporting tool.
  • How you work
  • You take ownership and improve things rather than just reporting on them.
  • You’re creative, fast‑moving and proactive. You come up with ideas and make them happen.
  • You’re commercially curious and focused on outcomes.
  • You challenge assumptions constructively and confidently.
  • You share our values: Kindness, Trust and Professionalism, Customer Focus and Pioneering.
  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per year depending on skills, experience and location
  • Joining a mission‑driven, high‑growth company where impact, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do
  • Hybrid working- 1-2 days a week in our Holborn office
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Electric Vehicle Scheme
  • Share Incentive Plan
  • Cycle to Work Scheme

We respect and value people’s differences and believe that our teams are at their best when their members feel safe to bring their whole self to work.

We are committed to creating an inclusive experience as well as equal opportunities for growth and development for all.
