You have a proven track record of improving unit economics and delivering against LTV:CAC, revenue and conversion targets.

You have strong, hands‑on experience with platform AI and automation - not just how to use it, but how to build the foundations that make it work: conversion architecture, data quality, audience infrastructure and feed management.

You have experience with post-ATT, cookieless measurement including server-side tracking, Consent Mode v2 and first-party data strategies.

You are proficient in HubSpot for lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing and automation.

You are a clear communicator who can translate performance data into commercial insight for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

You are highly organised, skilled at managing multiple projects at pace, and energised by a fast‑moving scale‑up environment.

You are aligned with our mission and values.

We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Manager to own and scale the growth engine behind our divorce, separation and new relationship services. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll set the performance marketing strategy, lead execution across all paid channels, and shape how we use data, automation and creative to drive sustainable commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end performance across acquisition, conversion and retention, using paid media, lifecycle marketing and experimentation to hit ambitious targets across revenue, LTV: CAC, product mix and lead quality.

You’ll work closely with product, brand, sales, data and CX to connect marketing activity directly to commercial outcomes.

You will track, analyse and report on performance metrics to inform decisions and optimisations at pace. You'll draw insights, present performance and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership, translating media activity into commercial outcomes.

Own multi‑channel performance strategy - setting direction and leading execution across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit.

Drive commercial performance against revenue, LTV:CAC, conversion and product‑mix targets, using unit economics as your primary decision lens.

Lead our shift to AI‑led media management - building the data, conversion and audience infrastructure required for automation at scale.

Own creative strategy across UGC, short‑form video and high‑velocity testing frameworks.

Optimise the full funnel using CRO, structured experimentation and proposition testing.

Run lifecycle and email marketing via HubSpot to nurture leads and improve conversion.

Build a modern measurement stack using MMM, incrementality testing, geo‑tests and platform data.
