As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work closely with the CEO in a fast-moving scale-up environment, partnering on a wide range of high-impact, company-wide initiatives that support the company’s growth. You’ll drive execution across a constantly evolving portfolio of projects, from strategic problem-solving to operational priorities, preparing materials, supporting key meetings, and ensuring clear, effective communication across teams as the business scales.
A key initial focus of the role will be supporting the launch of new product partnerships (distinct from our commercial/marketing partnerships function). You’ll help take these partnerships from signed agreement through to go-live, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to establish the right operating model, processes, and reporting from day one. Acting as the central coordination point, you’ll create clear, scalable foundations that enable smooth delivery, strong partner relationships, and long-term growth. You’ll apply a data-driven approach defining success metrics, tracking performance, and highlighting wins, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Support the CEO on company-wide projects — Work closely with the CEO to monitor, progress and support the execution of company-wide projects and business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives; monitor progress and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials on relevant topics for the CEO.
- Support the CEO and the management team in preparation for meetings and events, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a cross-functional connector, helping with clear communication of project goals, scope, and timelines across teams.
- Product partnership delivery — Build and maintain delivery plans, timelines, and clear ownership across stakeholders, flagging risks and dependencies as they arise.
- Help design, document, and improve practical processes for partner onboarding, delivery, and ongoing partner management, including clear reporting and tracking of performance, issues, and progress.
- Contribute to establishing repeatable, efficient ways of working with partners, supported by simple, reliable reporting, to enable smooth delivery and long-term growth.
- Reporting & insights — Define success metrics and track progress across key projects; work closely with product, delivery, operations, and commercial teams to ensure consistent communication of updates, goals, scope, and timelines.
- Use data and insights to highlight achievements, identify risks, and surface opportunities for improvement.
- You bring experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment, comfortable with pace, ambiguity and change.
- You bring experience managing and coordinating diverse projects in close partnership with C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong execution skills, with the ability to take initiatives from idea through to delivery.
- You bring experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, acting as a clear central point of ownership, keeping teams aligned on goals and timelines.
- Ideally, you’ve launched or supported product partnerships and have understanding of the operational work required to take partnerships live.
- You’re highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- You have a data-driven mindset and you’re able to define success metrics, track progress and highlight insights and opportunities.
- You’re able to identify problems, suggest solutions, and help implement them, learning quickly to add value across projects.
- You’re a clear, confident communicator, comfortable preparing materials, reports and presentations supporting senior meetings and keeping teams aligned.
