We're seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our passionate team on a full-time basis (weekend availability is required). This role is more than preparing meals, it's about supporting the health, wellbeing and happiness of residents in a respectful, inclusive environment.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Preparing & serving nutritious meals with care, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with regulations.
  • Assisting with kitchen organisation, stock, cleaning, setting up service areas.
  • Working as part of our wider care team, collaborating with care staff to ensure meals support overall wellbeing and routines.
  • Delivering kindness through food, creating a warm mealtime experience where residents feel valued and nourished.
