We're now looking for a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding team in Crewkerne. This is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 3 months. What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Championing resident care – support the physical, psychological and social wellbeing of our residents, making every interaction count.
- Creating a safe haven – provide a nurturing, supportive environment for individuals with a range of physical and mental health needs, using your clinical expertise to make sound decisions.
- Shaping personalised care – develop and implement tailored care plans, administer medications safely, and ensure the highest standards of practice.
- Inspiring and leading your team – take the lead on shifts, guiding and motivating our dedicated Health Care Assistants and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a compassionate, proactive Registered Nurse who's ready to make a difference. To thrive in this role, you'll have:
- A current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of best practice in clinical care.
- A solid understanding of DoLS and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), with a commitment to protecting residents' rights.
- A passion for person-centred care, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
