Job Description Our client, a leading provider of Water Hygiene, Compliance and Facilities Management services, is looking to recruit an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to cover contracts across Central Scotland. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Risk Assessor looking to join a well-established organisation offering a varied portfolio of commercial and public-sector sites, ongoing training and long-term career development. \n The Role \n \n Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on hot and cold water systems \n Completing detailed site surveys across a variety of commercial properties \n Assessing Cold Water Storage Tanks, calorifiers, TMVs and associated water systems \n Identifying potential Legionella risks and areas of non-compliance \n Producing comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment reports \n Creating schematic drawings of water systems \n Providing clear recommendations for remedial and compliance works \n Reviewing existing site records, logbooks and previous risk assessments \n Liaising with clients and site representatives regarding findings and recommendations \n Ensuring assessments are completed in accordance with ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580 \n Maintaining accurate electronic records and completing reports within agreed timescales \n Managing your own workload and travel across Central Scotland \n \n What We're Looking For \n \n Previous experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor \n Strong knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274 and BS 8580 \n Experience assessing domestic hot and cold water systems \n Good understanding of Legionella control and Water Hygiene compliance \n Ability to produce detailed, technically accurate Risk Assessment reports \n Experience producing water system schematics \n Strong written and verbal communication skills \n Confident dealing directly with clients and site representatives \n Ability to work independently and manage your own diary \n Relevant Legionella Risk Assessment qualification / training \n Full UK Driving Licence \n \n Package \n \n Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 \n Company Vehicle \n Pension Scheme \n Holiday + Bank Holidays \n Mobile Phone / Tablet \n Company Equipment & PPE \n Ongoing Training & Professional Development \n Long-Term Career Progression \n \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor looking for a stable position with a well-established organisation and a varied portfolio of contracts across Central Scotland. \
