Our client is a leading Water Hygiene and Legionella Compliance company providing specialist cleaning, chlorination and disinfection services to commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Clean & Disinfection Engineer to join their expanding team covering London and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in water hygiene, chlorination and disinfection looking to join a growing business with excellent long-term career prospects. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of cleaning and disinfection works on domestic hot and cold water systems, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with ACOP L8, HSG274 and current industry guidance. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and chlorination of domestic hot and cold water systems Cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks Mains water chlorination and disinfection Chlorination of new and modified water systems Calorifier cleaning and disinfection Tank inspections and condition surveys System flushing and disinfection following remedial works Water sampling and temperature monitoring where required Completion of detailed service reports and compliance documentation
