Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you'll work as part of the on-site maintenance team in Hinckley, helping to keep the automation running to plan. You'll pick up hands-on experience across planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and system monitoring, building a solid foundation for a long-term engineering career.
You Will:
- Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with the CMMS schedule
- Respond to reactive issues quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum
- Log all activity on the CMMS; faults, spares, time, and machine data
- Maintain good housekeeping standards across all automated areas
- Work closely with the customer's operational team day to day
- Follow all health and safety requirements on site
Essential Requirements:
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends
- Good communication skills and a reliable, organised approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
