Reporting to the Lead Maintenance Engineer, you'll work as part of the on-site maintenance team in Hinckley, helping to keep the automation running to plan. You'll pick up hands-on experience across planned maintenance, reactive tasks, and system monitoring, building a solid foundation for a long-term engineering career.

You Will:

  • Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks in line with the CMMS schedule
  • Respond to reactive issues quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum
  • Log all activity on the CMMS; faults, spares, time, and machine data
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards across all automated areas
  • Work closely with the customer's operational team day to day
  • Follow all health and safety requirements on site

Essential Requirements:

  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends
  • Good communication skills and a reliable, organised approach
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Useful, Not Essential:

  • Any prior exposure to engineering, warehousing, or logistics environments
