As part of our UK-wide Maintenance Support team, you’ll work flexibly across a variety of fast-paced environments delivering top-quality support for automated material handling systems. Your role will include:
- Servicing and fault diagnosis on electro-mechanical systems
- Supporting customers nationwide, often autonomously
- Identifying improvements to boost reliability and reduce downtime
- Advising on spare parts and long-term fixes
- Liaising professionally with customers and other AMH teams
- Occasional project support and site-based reactive cover
- Pro-rata on-call coverage (shared across the team)
Qualifications
- ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification with electrical bias (essential)
- Strong experience with automated systems maintenance
- Confidence working independently and fault-finding under pressure
- Comfortable with travel, overnight stays and shift flexibility
- Full UK Driving licence
- Proactive communicator with a can-do, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong English Language and good communication skills
Salary £44,100 - £70,000 per year
