Photographer & Creative Content Producer to join our team.
This is a photography-first role.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional commercial imagery while also being happy to get involved in wider creative projects, including video production and shoot planning.
You'll primarily work across two of our brands
Northern Gym Equipment
(approximately 80% of your time) – creating commercial photography and video content for one of the UK's leading home and commercial gym equipment retailers.
Where's That From
(approximately 20% of your time) – producing fashion footwear imagery and creative content for our growing fashion brand.
You'll work alongside our in-house Creative Lead and an outsourced editing team, allowing you to focus primarily on planning and capturing high-quality content while supporting wider creative projects when needed.
The Role As our In-House Photographer, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality product, lifestyle and marketing imagery that supports our e Commerce websites, social media and advertising.
Photography will be your primary responsibility, but you'll also assist with video production, planning larger shoots and supporting the wider creative team as required.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Photograph products for e Commerce, marketing campaigns and social media.
- Produce high-quality studio photography for a wide range of products.
- Manage studio setups, lighting and photography equipment to ensure consistently excellent results.
- Organise and maintain a well-structured library of photography and video assets.
- Plan and assist with larger product and lifestyle shoots across both brands.
- Support video production and assist with video editing when required.
- Work closely with our outsourced editing team, providing clear briefs and reviewing completed edits.
- Assist our Creative Lead with content creation and production on larger creative projects.
- Help maintain consistent visual standards across both brands.
- Bring fresh creative ideas and contribute to content planning.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has strong commercial studio photography experience.
- Is confident photographing products using professional lighting techniques.
- Has an excellent eye for composition, detail and visual storytelling.
- Is highly organised and takes pride in maintaining well-managed image libraries and workflows.
- Is proficient in
Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro .
- Is comfortable assisting with video production and editing where required.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a creative team.
- Can manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Is proactive, dependable and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing business.
- Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in fashion or footwear photography.
- Experience photographing large products or fitness equipment.
- Experience planning commercial shoots.
- Knowledge of social-first content creation.
- Experience working within an e Commerce business.
