Rydyn ni\’n chwilio am weithiwr proffesiynol rhagweithiol a phrofiadol ym maes Adnoddau Dynol i ymgymryd â rôl Partner Busnes Adnoddau Dynol – Projectau am dymor penodol o 2 flynedd. Bydd y rôl allweddol hon yn darparu cefnogaeth bwrpasol ar draws tair menter effaith uchel o fewn y sefydliad: Project Ailddatblygu Amgueddfa Lechi Cymru, Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Caerdydd 100 , a Project Ffyrdd o Weithio .
Prif ddiben y swydd
Fel cynghorydd dibynadwy, bydd deiliad y rôl yn sicrhau bod pob elfen o\’r mentrau hyn sy\’n ymwneud â phobl wedi\’u halinio â\’n polisïau Adnoddau Dynol, gofynion cyfreithiol, a blaenoriaethau’r sefydliad. Gan weithio\’n agos â rhanddeiliaid uwch – gan gynnwys aelodau\’r Uwch Dîm Gweithredol ac Arweinwyr Project, byddwch chi\’n cefnogi prosesau penderfynu gydag arweiniad Adnoddau Dynol amserol a strategol, ac adroddiadau strwythuredig. Bydd gofyn i chi lywio materion cymhleth yn ymwneud â phobl, a chofnodi cerrig milltir allweddol, a bydd rheoli cyfathrebu ar draws swyddogaethau yn ganolog i lwyddiant eich gwaith.

- Bod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer Adnoddau Dynol o fewn timau project, gan ddarparu cyngor o safon uchel ar gyfraith cyflogaeth, rhoi polisïau ar waith, a newid sefydliadol.
- Cysylltu â\’r Pennaeth Adnoddau Dynol i sicrhau bod ein gwaith yn alinio â pholisïau ac amcanion mewnol, gan ddarparu diweddariadau rheolaidd.
- Gweithio gyda\’r tîm Adnoddau Dynol i sicrhau bod unrhyw fentrau Ffyrdd o Weithio sy\’n rhan o\’n gwaith arferol yn parhau ac yn cael eu rhoi ar waith o fewn amserlenni cymeradwy, a sicrhau bod mentrau y tu hwnt i’n gwaith arferol yn cael eu cwblhau.
- Cefnogi arweinwyr project i sicrhau bod gwasanaeth Adnoddau Dynol proffesiynol yn cael ei ddarparu ar draws y projectau – bydd hyn yn cynnwys cynllunio sefydliadol a gweithio gyda\’r Partner Busnes Adnoddau Dynol lleol i recriwtio staff yn y strwythurau newydd a\’r rhai sy\’n egino.
- Adeiladu perthynas waith gref â rhanddeiliaid uwch ar draws y sefydliad er mwyn sbarduno’r gwaith o gyflawni amcanion projectau.
- Paratoi a chyflwyno adroddiadau, briffiau a diweddariadau ysgrifenedig o safon uchel i\’r Uwch Dîm Gweithredol a Phwyllgorau, a chyfrannu at adroddiadau ar lefel y Bwrdd.
- Cyfrannu at lywodraethu projectau drwy gyfrannu at gyfarfodydd project uwch, a sicrhau bod diweddariadau a risgiau sy\’n ymwneud â phobl yn cael eu cofnodi\’n gywir.

- Cynnal dangosfyrddau pobl y projectau i gofnodi darpariaethau Adnoddau Dynol, metrigau\’r gweithlu, goblygiadau ariannol, ac amserlenni.
- Monitro ac adrodd ar niferoedd staff, newidiadau staffio, tueddiadau trosiant, a rhagolygon cyllidebau staffio ar gyfer y projectau, gan weithio gyda chefnogaeth Gwybodaeth Reoli Adnoddau Dynol.
- Cynhyrchu adroddiadau pwrpasol i lywio’r broses o wneud penderfyniadau gweithredol a sicrhau tryloywder ar draws cerrig milltir projectau.
