Rydyn ni'n chwilio am weithiwr proffesiynol rhagweithiol a phrofiadol ym maes Adnoddau Dynol i ymgymryd â rôl Partner Busnes Adnoddau Dynol – Projectau am dymor penodol o 2 flynedd. Bydd y rôl allweddol hon yn darparu cefnogaeth bwrpasol ar draws tair menter effaith uchel o fewn y sefydliad: Project Ailddatblygu Amgueddfa Lechi Cymru, Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Caerdydd 100, a Project Ffyrdd o Weithio.

  • Paratoi a chyflwyno adroddiadau, briffiau a diweddariadau ysgrifenedig o safon uchel i'r Uwch Dîm Gweithredol a Phwyllgorau, a chyfrannu at adroddiadau ar lefel y Bwrdd.
