SENIOR MANAGER IMAGING CAPABILITY LEAD

What you will do
In this vital role you will lead and drive the operational imaging strategy, planning, risk assessment and mitigation and overall execution of imaging component of clinical trial programs globally.
- Line manage, develop, embed and advance the capabilities of the Imaging Specialist Team within Global Development Operations (GDO)
- Synergize with the Imaging Scientist Team within Clinical Biomarkers & Diagnostics to enable E2E Imaging specialist support throughout the portfolio
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, advising Clinical Program Operations (CPO), and other GDO functions, on best practices, ensuring consistent standards and key lessons learned are applied across the portfolio for continuous improvement and maximum impact of the solutions
- Build global cross-functional relationships and collaborate with clinical teams to integrate imaging into trials and update senior management

- Experience in life sciences or medical fields, including clinical research acquired working on clinical trials at a biotech, pharmaceutical or CRO company, having a strong understanding of clinical development programs in a global setting
- Previous management experience of direct reports, being skilled in leading, educating, and encouraging cross-functional teams through change
- Experience at or oversight of outside clinical research vendors (CRO’s, central labs, imaging vendors, etc.)
- Experience in operationalizing global clinical studies with imaging and vendor management
- Ability to advise stakeholders at all management levels
- Scientifically and clinically astute with strong project management and communication skills
- Degree educated
