What you will do
- Lead operational pricing excellence and sales operations capabilities across CRM, data, analytics and incentive processes, enabling effective customer engagement and commercial decision-making.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive field force effectiveness, deliver actionable insights, optimise operational processes and ensure strong governance, compliance and data integrity across commercial systems and reporting.
- Lead CRM operations, customer master data management and territory alignment activities in partnership with sales leadership.
- Act as subject matter expert for Veeva CRM and related tools, including system enhancements, user enablement and vendor collaboration.
- Drive sales force effectiveness through KPI reporting, sales cycle planning, segmentation and targeting activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analytics and customer engagement insights to support business performance and decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, validate data quality and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Lead the operational delivery and governance of sales incentive plans, including payout validation, health checks, compliance controls and process improvements.

What we expect of you
- Degree educated.
- Experience in sales operations, commercial excellence or analytics within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry.
- Experience supporting sales force effectiveness activities including cycle planning, targeting, segmentation, territory management and incentive compensation processes.
- Strong commercial operations judgement, with an understanding of how sales operations decisions influence field behaviour, customer targeting, brand execution and business performance.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional priorities and timelines.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative working style.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Veeva CRM, with experience managing large datasets and maintaining data quality and governance.
- Advanced Excel and Tableau (or similar BI tools) skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
