In this vital role, you will lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of GCP, Quality, and technical learning solutions, partnering closely with the Senior Director of Learning & Performance to advance a modern, technology-enabled learning ecosystem. You will drive simplification, innovation, and an improved end-user experience by aligning learning technologies with business needs, regulatory expectations, and organizational priorities.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Execute the GxP Learning strategy by partnering with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver effective, technology-based learning solutions.
- Develop a digital learning portfolio roadmap that supports business priorities and simplifies the learning network.
- Evaluate and support the design and delivery of GCP and Quality training using innovative, high-quality learning technologies as well as identify and implement new learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support quality, operations, and R&D learning outcomes.
- Assess and improve the learning ecosystem to eliminate waste and increase efficiency through technology.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on learning technologies and their regulatory and Health Authority implications.
- Managing learning projects and initiatives that support GCP, quality, compliance, and safety objectives.

What we expect of you:
- Degree educated in science, education or equivalent fields.
- Proven experience within GCP within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or other similar highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing programs and initiatives from needs assessment through delivery, and with eLearning tools and other Learning technologies.
- Previous people management experience.
- Demonstrate strong change management capabilities, with a proven ability to streamline and improve business processes.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal contexts while applying creative problem-solving under tight time and resource constraints.
