What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Regional Account Managers to deliver revenue, market share, and customer engagement objectives.
  • Translate brand strategy into effective account and customer plans, informed by market, customer, and NHS insights.
  • Drive key account segmentation, prioritization, and execution to maximize short‑ and long‑term business performance.
  • Ensure disciplined execution of territory plans, key account strategies, brand campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members via a high‑performing culture of talent development, succession planning, and field‑based leadership.
  • Contribute to sales incentive design, goal setting, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement through strong matrix leadership and emotional intelligence.

  • Extensive pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience, with biosimilars experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, implement innovation, and adapt to evolving customer insights.
