Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of administrators and paraplanners
  • Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and mentor team members to excel in their roles
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery
  • Compliance & Governance: Maintain FCA compliance, conduct AML checks, and oversee regulatory changes
