Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of administrators and paraplanners
- Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and mentor team members to excel in their roles
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery
- Compliance & Governance: Maintain FCA compliance, conduct AML checks, and oversee regulatory changes
