Job Description

Financial Planning Manager – New Clients\\nLocation: Southampton\\nWe’re looking for an experienced Financial Planner with management experience to lead and support a team of advisers focused on onboarding new clients. If you’re passionate about delivering great financial advice, coaching others, and driving success, this could be the role for you.\\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\\n * Managing a team of Financial Planners, helping them develop and succeed.\\n * Providing financial planning advice to new clients via remote channels.\\n * Ensuring the team meets performance and advice standards.\\n * Coaching and mentoring advisers with varying levels of experience.\\n * Recruiting and expanding the team as we grow.\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n✔️ Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (essential).\\n✔️ At least three years' experience as a Financial Planner, with a proven track record in onboarding new clients.\\n✔️ Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate, coach, and develop a team.\\n✔️ A results-driven mindset with experience in advice, sales, and client relationship management.\\n✔️ Based within a commutable distance of Southampton (or willing to relocate).\\nWhat’s On Offer?\\n * A salary to £75,000 + OTE bonus at £50,000 + benefits\\n * This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the financial planning sector.
