Financial Planner — Hampshire / Fareham (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity
AMG Search is delighted to be working with a well-established, nationwide independent financial planning firm to recruit a Financial Planner based in Hampshire, ideally in or around the Fareham area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced adviser with an existing client following to join a business with exceptional support, marketing infrastructure and a genuinely rewarding bonus structure.
The Role
You will join a firm that invests heavily in its advisers and provides everything needed to grow a successful practice – marketing support, paraplanning, technical resource and a strong brand. This is a bonus driven role with significant earnings potential for the right person, and a unique proposition whereby the firm will match your client book, doubling your AUM from day one.
Key Details
- Must have a minimum of £10m AUM to bring (after covenant considerations)
- The firm will match whatever AUM you bring – bring £10m, receive £20m to manage
- Bonus paid as a percentage of AUM brought across – the more you bring, the more you earn
- Extensive support provided including marketing, paraplanning and technical resource
- Hampshire and Fareham area – local presence is important
Salary and Package
- Basic salary: c. £75,000+
- Bonus: percentage of AUM introduced, paid on top of basic – significant earnings potential
- The role is designed to reward advisers who bring clients and grow their book

What We Are Looking For
- An experienced Financial Planner with an existing client bank of £10m plus AUM after covenant
- Someone who can demonstrate strong, long term client relationships
- Commercially driven and motivated by the opportunity to grow earnings through performance
- DipPFS qualified as a minimum, Chartered status advantageous
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hampshire, ideally Fareham and surrounding areas
