Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Clinical Expertise: Providing high-quality nursing care while adhering to best practices in complex care.
  • Collaboration: Working with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centred care, liaising with therapists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Attributes: A calm, empathetic, and client-centred approach, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently in the community.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as this role requires travel between our Wolverhampton and Stone branches and community-based clients.
