AMG Group, a dynamic, multi-branded company and one of the UK’s most respected and successful within the Outdoor and Snowsport Industries, is seeking a HIGH CALIBRE INDIVIDUAL for the following position: JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER (Competitive salary plus benefits). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Brand Team within the Marketing department and support the success of our Vehicle and Caravan Awning category.

This varied role would be ideal for a highly organised and motivated individual, with a desire for driving brand awareness, delivering increased sales and desirability. This is a varied role that goes beyond the desk. You’ll also be actively involved in bringing our brand to life at events, exhibitions and photoshoots—working with products in real environments. The role will suit someone who enjoys more active working, is comfortable working outdoors, and is happy to travel occasionally as part of the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of annual brand plans across a full marketing mix.
  • Ensure brand plans deliver against objectives, reporting monthly.
  • Attending and assisting in the successful delivery of exhibitions and events, including hands‑on setup of displays and equipment.
  • Collaborating with our in‑house creative team on photoshoot planning and supporting on‑location shoots to ensure products are presented authentically.
  • Producing valuable content for internal and external communications.
  • Work in cross departmental groups, representing the marketing department.
  • Creating and delivering sales tools for both customers and consumers.
  • Working with immediate team to deliver an effective social media marketing strategy.
  • Collaborating with wider marketing team to generate creative video content, blogs and email campaigns.
  • Working with external PR company to help capitalise on key marketing opportunities and press coverage.
  • Communicating with Brand ambassadors.
  • Working closely with the wider team to prepare, organise and manage marketing kit for events and activations.
Key Requirements
  • Confident communicator with good presentation skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work within set budgets, efficiently and effectively.
  • Up to date with latest marketing techniques and best practice.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
  • Comfortable with a hands‑on, active role—including pitching tents, setting up displays, and supporting outdoor events and photoshoots.
  • Enjoys being more active.
  • Experience with email marketing.
  • Digital advertising campaigns.
  • Google Analytics.
